Apple,Audible and the National Football League have teamed up and announced a plan to provide this season’s playoff games in downloadable, purchasable form for use on the iPod. Each game is $10 a pop, while highlights of games are expected to cost between 95 cents and $4.95. The games are purchased through the Apples iTunes store. Customers will be able to select games hosted by local sportscasters to provide that authentic listening feel.
