I think someone missed the Halloween party but I’m not complaining. These iPod Nano cases will be available in Black and Red and should take care of that little scratch-prone issue that has been causing Apple all kinds of HELL. They come in four different designs and include a strap, screen protector and an individual ID number. Information at the website is limited, (that’s a nice way of saying there is no info) , but it should be out later this month just in time to give to that naughty person on your Christmas list.

Personally I think the case is cool but the thing that concerns me the most is the PodStar website. Why come up with a bold case design if your website has only 2 pages. Of the two pages, one is the image from above and the other is asking for your email for further info or to become a reseller. I hope it does comes out but I would not hold my breath. I will post an update when more information does become available.

Update: I received an email back from Podstar today and all it said was “thank you for your interest in the Podstar Diablo” with a link to their website. It took four days for that automatic response.
