The MII Flashcam is not your everyday flashlight, then again most flashlights do not cost $2500. The 17″ flashlight comes with 1 GB of on board memory able to record 60-75 min. of audio/video with playback ability. To ensure you are recording only the best footage, the MII has a 1.5″ TFT-LCD Color Monitor. The 85000 candle power light has a infared mode allowing you to see in the dark via the LCD screen without being detected. When returned to the charger, the MII will download it’s video and audio memory on to your PC.

I bought the MII Flashcam for $1450 and it has been awesome. I use the flashcam on a daily basis while on duty and I’ve gotten great results with it. Most of the time I use the infra-red camera and my subjects don’t even know they’re being videotaped. As a result, I have been able to put a lot of “s-bags” away and off the street.
As for Darby’s comment—I don’t know who you bought your’s from (if you even bought one), but the company you got it from must not be very good. I went to Bri-Bet Security Solutions in Baltimore, Maryland and they were outstanding!!!! I highly recommend them!
