Infants, toddlers, etc? The damaging effects of this device on their ears could be permanent. And at an infant age they are unable to tell their parents that they are in distress, so a parent my keep them in range of the device for an extended period of time trying to figure out what is wrong with the child inadvertently doing irreversable damage.
