I have recently bought one for health reasons and am finding that it definitely helps with the aches and pains! For the sceptics I suggest they read the book "Detoxify or Die" and they might change their minds.

Somebody says that Suana is only a muscle relaxing process but I don't agree with them. As I know thaty it certainly loosing some callories in each session. so I always try to enter Suana for atleast for 15 mins 3 time a week.

I have had my infrared suana two years ( CedarUS is the brand ). I dont sell them so I have no monatary interest in advocating them.I was skeptical at first. The claim that they burn 1000 calories per 30 minute session seems far fetched. that would depend solely on the individuals metabolism. As a fat middle aged man, perhaps 200 - 400 calories is more applicable.
But I will say this, a 1/2 hour a day session a day has helped me greatly with recovery from a motor vehicle accident with an 87 mph impact. The aches and pains are now able to be dealt with, we dont get sick, and overall my family is in good health. is it because of the suana?
it sure is not the fast food, drink and other aspects of my lifestyle. I would reccomend this to anyone that has arthritis pain, fibro, or mobility issues.

I seem to be losing more water weight, but have found that my clothes are extremely loose on me. Before I bought the Sauna, I would work out, wearing a sweatsuit, under a sauna suit. The difference I do notice is that when I ran a couple miles on the treadmill and rode my recumbant bike, as well as crunches and light weightlifting, I seemed to lose size in areas that I don't seem to be touching now. I am finding that I don't have the aches and pains that I had prior to working out. While working out, I also seemed to feel detoxified, not getting simple headaches and backaches. Now, I seem to be in the same boat, except I'm not losing size as quick as I did. It appears that I'm just losing the water weight, but I am feeling great at 30 minutes a day.
