Frigits

The idea is to arrange the pieces into your own magnetic ‘roller coaster’ and watch as the marbles roll, drop, plop and spin down the fridge door until they land in a collection tray. Which, believe us, is infinitely more entertaining than arranging fridge poetry or dressing a magnetized version of Michelangelo’s David in a pink tutu and cowboy hat.

Best of all,Frigits Deluxe can be arranged however you like, so you can have fun designing increasingly treacherous routes for your intrepid marbles.

ATM Machine. Fantastic. What does the “M” stand for in ATM?

  • Kristen

okay.. the only coolest things on this is the ATM machine, the DNA machine, and the laser beam thingy… everything else is gay!

ATM stands for automatic transaction machine…..

  • Dr Bob
    Nov 28, 2006 at 8:35 pm

I think the point Lurt was making is that:
    ATM = Automatic Teller Machine

thus ATM Machine = Automatic Teller
    Machine Machine

This redundant information is known as a ‘tautology’, ie. saying something without adding any new information. Like ’round circle’, ‘free gift’ or ‘PIN number’.

I THINK THE HOME MADE TATOO KIT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH COUPONS FOR FREE HAIRCUTS. AT LEAST FOR THE KIDS IN THE PICTURE. ARCADE MACHINE IS AWSOME…

I corrected the ATM fiasco. I actually did know that the M stood for machine, contrary to what everyone believes. If I was wasn’t so busy driving in round circles because I forgot my PIN number looking for a damn ATM machine, I probably would have proof read before I hit the publish button. ;-)

    The “A” stands for “automated.”

The Claymation set up looks wicked sweet, I would so get that, the DNA Machine is also cool and I think the best thing on that list is the frigits, young and old can waste countless hours with those things.

If you don’t have enough space under your Christmas tree for the animation installation you can still get busy with animation during the holidays. Animaatiokone is also available without the installation set. You can get the software online at http://www.animaatiokone.net. Happy animations…

[…] Let’s face it, when it comes to toys, all men are really boys at heart. So we were kind of shamefully excited to check out The Uber Review’s Top 11 Coolest Toys On the Planet and although we were clearly out of the age mark for some of this stuff, we still wanted it. We guess that makes us one of those man-boys, but we can’t help it during Holiday season. While we think they’re totally missing a few items and probably embellished a bit on others, it’s still worth checking out. Plus we know you’ve always wanted to secretly fly a radio controlled Superman, and this man of steel won’t get crippled or die on you. […]

ahha. im sorry. but i meen. come on.
yoo have nothing better to do than talk about what ATM stands for?

anthony, if you think we are all big kids then stick it. Before you go about calling us gay and childish, why don’t you go work on your spelling. Finally, if you have nothing to say that will be of use or excitement then please do not say anything. we are all just trying to have some fun thinking of our younger days.

    so in summary shut up.

  • john

Yeah shut up Anthony. Don’t take it too serious, it’s all just a little fun.

    * Not responsible for any spelling mistakes or for your pettiness to have to point them out.

    Dec 4, 2006 at 12:09 pm

[…] The fridge has always been a backdrop to children’s art and now it has become a centerpiece for toys. Fridge gears are as cool as Fridgits but in a different kind of way. With Fridge gears, kids learn about rotating gears and machines in a fun way. Here is how it works: let them arrange the 20 interlocking “gears” on any magnetic surface, connect the motorized master gear and tap on/off to start the fun! When you turn off the lights, it turns into an entertaining interactive black-light show. Complete the “picture” with their image framed in the master gear. Also includes 20 decorative neon stickers. Motorized gear requires 2AA batteries, black light unit requires 3AAA batteries, both not included. […]
