Fire Fighter Flower

This magnetic flower decoration has a double life, full time over size fridge magnet and part time fire extinguisher for oil fires. I wish I could offer some more info but I’m lost in translation. Anyone out there that could offer a real translation on this cool/hot product would be appreciated.
