Robots are pretty popular on the Asian market so it is no surprise to see a new one called RoboPet which was developed by Wow Wee (from Korea), the pink colored robot can do the following actions:
- step back when facing an obstacle/stand up again after stumbling over it
- jump
- go forward/ backward
- scratch the ground
- stand up/ down
- bark
Other features include an IR sensor to acknowledge the presence of objects, and a stereo sound sensor to recognize special noises. If you got a female friend that is allergic to dogs but desperately wants one, this is what you need to offer her.
