While the main feature of a watch is to display the time, the same thing can’t be said about the Alarme Watch. This one is different because its principal function is to get the attention of people that have hearing problems, so when an alarm sound starts going wild the wristwatch will alert the “impaired” user. How it works:
It operates by having multi directional microphones integrated into the strap that can detect a drastic change in ambient sound level, or pick up specially assigned frequencies and alert the user
After the sound level change is detected the watch vibrates and blinks to warn the user about the danger, but imagine if the sound is actually an ambulance passing by and the watch still marks it as dangerous, it can get pretty annoying…
