The Gaiam BalanceBall chair lets you sit posture-perfect, keeping your body aligned, flexible and vitalized during extended periods of sitting.

According to Dr. Randy Weinzoff who sells a lot of products on his site like vitamins and other stuff, he developed a chair along with Gaiam that is called BalanceBall Chair and the main function is strengthening core muscles and improving spinal alignment, which is always something good for your own health.

As the name suggests the chair is a ball full of air, I don’t know if it actually works good or not, but just by looking at the Ballance Ball I still prefer my ALLAK chair made by IKEA.
