Basically, the Rose Party Surprise is a handheld cannon popper filled with rose petals. It’s not one of those sissy poppers though, it can lay down ordnance on a target up to 10 meters away. Just twist the ring near the base and decimate all that lay in your path.
That having been said, the Rose Party Surprise is better suited to large social gatherings as opposed to a private romantic rendezvous.
