Every nap-time and evening our son goes to sleep listening to button #3 (ocean surf). It plays for a good duration before shutting off. When he was an infant, we used a CD of hair dryer and washing machine (his favorite) noise. We hadn't known the power of white noise to lull a baby to sleep!
