In order to get a fish eye effect on a photo you have two options:
1. Use Photoshop or any other average image software to edit the picture
2. Get a LOMO Fish Eye Camera that does all the work
The strange camera needs 1AA battery to work and surprisingly it has an electronic
flash feature. As you can see by the image on the right that is what a photo looks like when shooting with the LOMO Fish Eye.
PS: Fish eye effect equals a distorted image with a 170 degree view.
