The CompuCarve: A Printer…For Wood!Stumble This

Compucarve

We’ve all seen machines that cut computer designed patterns into steel or wood, but the CompuCarve is the first device with this kind of functionality that is available to the average joe.

Basically, the CompuCarve is a printer that will cut 3-D patterns into soft materials like wood, plastics, and foam. You can design your own patterns or choose from hundreds of pre-set templates. Plus, the product site insists that the interface is easy enough for a novice to use - so even a moron like myself could create beautifully carved designs without all of that labor and education nonsense associated with carpentry.

Price: $1900
