The Balloon Bazooka bills itself as the ultimate balloon launcher.  Claims like that demand investigation.  I think that I am safe in assuming that everyone is interested in the biggest, baddest balloon launcher in the range.  Therefore, we shall proceed directly to the Magnum Balloon Bazooka.  This magnificent device is capable of firing up to two dozen balloons at once to distances of over 500 feet.  The Magnum Balloon Bazooka is 8 feet long and the disclaimer warns you that it should never be pointed at people or animals.

For slightly tamer water balloon action, you can always go with a catapult / slingshot system.  You can install one of these in a fixed position or work it with a couple of friends for some mobile action.  The range is not shabby at all at 200 feet.  Available through Firebox in the UK.

If you want some classic action, you could try to source a Super Soaker CPS 2000. The Super Soaker CPS 2000 is no longer made (the rumor is that it was considered too powerful).  If you want one of these, you are going to have to find it on eBay.    With a reservoir of over 3 liters, it can fire out almost one liter in a single shot, soaking your victim to the skin.

For pool based water action, how about buying a remote-controlled, floating water cannon available from Hammacher Schlemmer.  You can control the water cannon from forty feet away and hit a target twenty feet away with a “gentle stream of water.”
