“Transformers…Darth Vader in disguise.” As nerdy as it might sound, I was literally just singing that to myself to the theme of the original Transformers cartoon. Star Wars and Transformers go together like peas and carrots, so it’s about time that the two were officially merged into one bad-ass toy.
Featuring the best of the dark side, this Hasbro Star Wars Transformer Deluxe Death Star might just be the most evil Transformer toy you’ll ever find. And as usual, the evilness just makes playing with the toy so much more fun. Wait…did I say playing? I meant…um, watching your young siblings play with it from afar. Ahem…yeah.
Price: $50

[...] Every Transformer should be ashamed right now. Darth Vader has rolled onto their turf and made them all look weak in comparison. Optimus Prime certainly can’t turn himself into a man made planet, and the only thing Unicron can do is eat his way through the universe at 4 mph. We never believed the Millenium Falcon/Chewbacca Transformer could ever reign supreme. But Darth Vader, oh man. Not only does he still have his light saber, but when he transforms, he turns into the goddamn Death Star. I’d love to see Unicron’s fat ass try and eat the Death Star. Not likely. [UberReview] [...]

Yeh, you are all correct the Darth Vader Death Star is cool. But I am the dad and I have the job of transforming the darn thing. Once I have a clue as to how to do it I can show my 6 year old and am confident that, for the most part he will take care of it from there. Any video instructions? The picture story Hasbro provides sucks.
