Now here is a simple yet ingenious idea - a Magnetic Toaster Tong. It’s everything you need to retrieve that pesky bagel from your toaster without all of the hassle of electrocution. Plus, when you are finished you can simply stick it to the side of the toaster for future use.

Still, the tong is made out of wood - and last I checked wood was flammable. Hopefully contact with the super hot coils in your toaster won’t singe it or, even worse, cause it to catch light. Because burning down your house over an English Muffin would be a damn shame.
