Sure, there are plenty of people who do not want to eat pigs, but this rotisserie and grill will roast all kinds of big meat.  The M-250B is a motorized rotisserie and charcoal grill, which can handle anything from a small roast to a whole 125 lb pig suitable for feeding up to 85 guests.  If you plan on roasting a whole pig, Big John Grills recommend that you give your butcher plenty of warning.  In addition you should have a meat thermometer, a “burn barrel for starting up your coals, and don’t forget the chicken wire, you will need it to tie your pig to the spit.  Keep some pliers handy, you will need to tighten the wire as the meat shrinks.  You will need an hour per 10 lbs of meat, but if you combine your rotisserie with their OV-5B oven attachment, you can reduce the time by 30% and in doing so, reduce your fuel costs.
