Who needs a 96×16 pixel LCD screen that fits into a 5.25 inch drive bay. The Silverstone MFP51 is not original Silverstone Technology, rather it is SoundGraph iMon OEM Type A. Nobody needs an LCD to show what media is playing, system information, Email notifications, RSS feeds or other types of data. Plenty of people are going to want one, however, because it looks really, really good. The screen should be easy enough to see from a reasonable distance away, so it is perfect for Home Theater PC applications. If you are trying to get away from your box or want to use your box as a hub for your entertainment system, the MFP51 is just what you are looking for.
It also has a few tricks up its sleeve. Using the bundled remote control, you will be able to power your system on and off. It is wired into the power switch. The remote control does all of the remote control things that you would expect of it, it also has some mouse functionality but you cannot program it to control other electronics. It is Windows XP Media Center and Windows Vista Home Premium / Ultimate compatible.
Price: About $100 (Available in black or silver)
