NEC has incorporated their hard disk water cooling system into their new Valuestar W line.  The total sound generated by the systems is 25dB, which means that you will only just be able to hear it.  25dB is extremely quiet and certainly will not be audible over whatever it is that you use it to watch.  NEC has also turned up the heat with the options, one of which is a Blu-Ray / HD-DVD combo drive.  The drive will allow Blu-Ray recording and HD-DVD playback.

The high end models in the range come standard with a Core 2 Duo E4400 (2GHz), which is nothing terribly exciting, but they do come with a rather striking 22-inch LCD screen, all the better for using the TV tuner card that is included.  Mild end models are tepid at best featuring a Celeron 420, No TV card and a 19-inch screen.
