SpiralFrog went live on Sunday with 770,000 songs and 3,500 music videos. They feature music from a range of independent labels and notably Universal Music Group. After a rocky start that led many to speculate that the company was doomed from the beginning, SpiralFrog is now fulfilling their promise of offering legal free music. Songs are ad supported and feature Windows DRM. Users will be allowed to transfer each file to up to two devices.
At the moment, we are uncertain what countries other than the United States are supported. At this time, it is certain that Japan is unsupported.
