Not so. The device doesn&#039;t install anything on your computer, instead it prints a menu into a text editor, from this menu you can view the contents of the log.

The manufacturers website explains more clearly how the device works.

There is also a toll free number on the website, if you have any problems give them a call.

The website claims that the device is so easy to use that most customers are up and runnning within a few minutes of plugging the device in.</description>
