If you cannot hit a nail straight, then you might want to get one of these. It will also protect your fingers, which if they are as soft and delicate as mine, is probably a good thing. The Easy Nail is a concept developed by Michael D. Harris. It is simple enough to be ingenious. Place the nail into a collar, place the Easy Nail flat on whatever you want to hammer it into and bash the nail into place.  The oversize nail head is a bigger target and thus easier to hit… Or you could just practice.
