Dressed Up Vespa is Anything but MasculineStumble This

Vespa Crazy Stripe

Don’t get me wrong, I love 50CC scooters. They get you from A to B and they are small enough to cut through traffic like there is no tomorrow. There are a ton of cool looking models here in Japan, and they are usually priced to sell. Vespas, funnily enough are at the luxury end over here. They generally do not feature the speed limiter that keeps most of the models here down to 60 km/h.

The color scheme on this Vespa comes courtesy of Gap. It matches their latest accessories line, so I guess you can cruise on your scooter wearing matching Gap clothes, or something like that. I only wish they could have picked some more manly colors. I might feel a little bit embarrassed on this thing.

At $5,999, the price is nearly double what you would pay for a standard LX50, which costs $3,199. That is a lot of money to pay for a color scheme, that you could probably manage yourself.
