Light Emitting Wallpaper Has Me Won Over

I have mixed feelings about wallpaper.  I have seen some shoddy wallpaper in the past, but I have also seen some interesting wallpaper.  I  once lived in an apartment that had formaldehyde in the wallpaper glue and my health suffered quite a bit as the result.  These days, however, wallpaper glue is safe and sometimes it makes an interesting alternative to paint (though it is significantly harder to patch up than paint).  Anyway, I digress, we are supposed to be talking about this incredibly cool light emitting wallpaper from a Dutch designer going by the name of Jonas Samson.

On the surface it looks like regular wallpaper until you flick a switch and it lights up, revealing a delightful pattern.  It is apparently bright enough to be an actual light source, which is great if you are living in a drab and dreary apartment.  No word on cost, as it is just in concept form, but this is the type of concept that will probably see the light of day sometime in the future.
