I love radiators as a heat source. They are not used much here in Japan, because most people have fairly small houses and can make do with little portable kerosene heaters (which are actually very efficient). Anyway, the old school kerosene heaters were dangerous; they got extremely hot on top, so to make use of that heat, a lot of people used them to boil water to make tea. Perhaps that was where Byung-seok You got the inspiration for the radiator tea and snack warmer. It is a ceramic plate that fits over a standard radiator and allows you to put that heat to use keeping your Cheetos and Mountain Dew warm and toasty for winter.
