I ordered a sauna from them, sent $3500 deposit, then NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!! I had to go to my Visa cardholder to request a reverse of charges, Calaway would not answer phones or return email. Be careful with this company. They wasted about a month of our time dealing with contacting them. We had laid out our electric wiring for their sauna dimensions and now the wire is encased in concrete--thanks to Calaway. Buyer beware. STAY AWAY FROM CALAWAY WOODWORKS!!
