Staying Toasty Warm with Galaga and a Good Book

Galaga Quilt

Here is an awesome way to beat the winter cold, crawl up under a Galaga patchwork quilt with a good book and a snifter of brandy.  Most of the young rapscallions on this site are too young to remember the glorious gaming goodness of Galaga.  Well, you can probably experience it in a Flash recreation somewhere, but it doesn’t exactly amount to the real thing.  I had it on a half-sized NES cartridge that was simply named 40 In One, and I loved it well.

Now I want this quilt to take me back to my ill spent elementary school days.

Price: $475 on Etsy
