Diving Mask with Built in CameraStumble This

Camera Dive Mask

Here is a cool little diving gadget, a Digital Camera Mask. Unfortunately, it is in a rather garish yellow. The color has a few good points, it will make you easy to identify and it will be easy to spot if is dislodged, but I cannot say that I have ever lost my mask while SCUBA diving.

Onto the good stuff, there are two versions of the mask, though for recreational divers, the 5MP version is best. It can go down to 30 meters which is enough for most recreational diving. There is a 3.1MP version that will allow you a meager 5 meters of depth. The 3.1MP model would have more application in snorkeling than diving. This is basically an ordinary mask with an ordinary camera attached. It has the functions of a basic digital camera, without tying up your hands underwater. If you are wanting to take a few underwater snapshots, it could be just the thing.

A MUST HAVE! When do they hit the market? I heard they are going to be $100.00 a pop. At that price who could say no? My other question is this a fixed focal length lens and if so what is it set to for distance.

    Any information would be appreciated!
