Earphones, ear speakers, whatever you want to call them are getting mighty pricey these days. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy to go out and blow $200-$300 on a quality pair of surround sound headphones, but that is the limit. When it comes to in ear numbers, I would be prepared to pay much less. I could see $100-$150 happening, but not a lot more than that. I lose things and I break them and $1,150 is too much to part with for something so small.
That being said, these are the ultimate in-ear earphones. -26dB noise reduction, you won’t hear a peep from anyone around you. People, if you are looking for a remote control to mute your complaining spouse (who will have every reason to complain if you buy a pair of these) and sugar-crazed kids, this is the nearest that you are going to get. There are four speakers in each ear and a two driver sub-woofer to top things off. They are nice, and I am sure that they would sound great, but at $1,150, they are out of my price range.

That was a waste of a post. All you told us was that they were expensive. That’s not breaking news or an “uber review” of any sort. How about some useful info?
