USB Wristband Looks Special in a Bad Way

I am not a fan of wearable USB gadgetry of any description. I am fairly comfortable with the geek label, but this sort of thing is a journey back to our pocket protector wearing roots. Put a memory stick on a keyring, that is fine, but something that I have to wear around my wrist and that is bright orange smacks of, “this is attached to me so I don’t lose it.”

I will not take a rain check on the Flash Band USB, I will never buy anything that is close to resembling one of these. The Flash Band USB says to me that you have given up hope in ever finding a mate, that you are married and just don’t care anymore or that you don’t know any better. You may be interested to know that they come with 2GB of memory and look about as classy sticking out of your computer as they do around your wrist.
