The Bio-Mechanical Skull could quite reasonably be described as grotesque, but some people like that and it is to such people that Christopher Conte is hoping to sell this item to. I love it, unfortunately, my other half would not. It would not match the decor in my house, if I do have any sort of aesthetic going it is not this cyber-gothic-steampunk-ish groove. It is quite revolting, yet I am drawn to it, just as I am to the works of H.R. Geiger. There is some other cool stuff on the rest of Christopher Conte’s site as well, it is definitely worth a look if you have the time or inclination.

No word on what this intricately detailed bronze sculpture is going to sell for, or how big it is, you are going to have to ask Conte yourself if you are in the market for a freaky futuristic skull.
