I must have a thing for tiny computers today, here is another one with more of a DIY flavor. Builder Mkmods has put together this Lego case from a range of multicolored bricks. As you can see from the picture, it has wheels, what you can’t see so easily is that it also has a remote control unit. It should be kept cool enough by the air intakes either side.
The Lego case does not have the most rocking specs, but it is not always about specs, the design is quirky and cool, I like it. The bricks are completely unglued, but according to Mkmods, “they hold together just fine.”
This is a cool Lego case, but I can think of one way that it could be made better. How about a sweet game mural? An 8-bit Commander Keen, Duke or Mario would give this interesting case the little something-something that it needs to be great. Conceptually it is great and has provided me with some food for thought for my next PC build.
In case you are wondering about components, it sports the following:
- VIA Epia PD Mobo 1Ghz
- Nvidia 6200 PCI Graphics
- Laptop 80 Gig 7200Rpm Hdd
- Laptop DVD
- 1 gig Geil DDR memory
- 200 watt PS

I was thinking of a more modern hardware version and I promise to work in the “sweet Game mural” (excellent idea by the way)
