This is the second of two Gladiator props that I found whilst browsing eBay today.  What could be better than two impossibly awesome Thracian swords? These swords are constructed from wood and metal and both are said to come from the original movie. One has been matched to the film, the other has not. Just the thing for a rich geek’s D&D gaming den, don’t you think?

A pair of exemplary gladiator Thracian style swords made by the #1 film armourer in the world for the film GLADIATOR. These are the top gladiator weapons of the film as seen in the first provincial arena scenes. They are original designs from the armourer’s interpretation of historical artifacts. Custom made of metal and wood. One can be matched directly to the DVD. Due to the fast action in the film it is not possible to match the other, however, as I acquired these DIRECTLY from the armourer it is a certain match. Museum quality wooden stand included.

Price: There have been no offers for the Thracian Swords yet, but with a Buy it Now price of $3,400 you get the idea that the seller is expecting a chunk of change for this little piece of motion picture history.
