Jet powered anything is awesome, but I have some serious concerns for Ron Patrick’s safety if this project ever reaches conclusion. I had a 50cc scooter a few years back and that was risky enough. With a couple of jet engines firing out from the back, I would hazard a guess that it is going to be rather difficult to keep on two wheels. Points to Ron Patrick for having such a cool idea, but seriously man, think about your family.

The rocket scooter features two JFS 100 engines and will have a carbon fiber tank of compressed air to save weight. Ron has plans to cover the engines with an aluminum housing. I am assuming that he knows what he is doing as he has already made a jet powered VW Beetle, so I will be watching this project very closely.
