A little shop called Geek Gear sure has some geeky stuff. Amongst the more geeky things that I saw there was this Iomega Zip Drive desk clock. It is, 5 1/2 inches x 4 inches, mounted on acrylic and features the original circuit board, drive head and motor armature of the infamous Zip 100.

Alternatively, if you have no love for the Zip, you can send in your old Zip Drive for reincarnation as someone else’s time piece. Hopefully it will have have a better life as a clock than a backup device as it makes its way to electronics nirvana.
