The humble rocking chair is not something that we have seen too many new takes on; we get a few, but not many. Rocking recliners don’t count because they swing instead of rock. The MORPHOGENESIS LOUNGE CHAIR takes the awesomeness of rocking and blends it with a chic, modern aesthetic. It works, it looks like it would be more at home in a lounge room than it would be on the back porch. We have designer Timothy Schreiber to thank for this design and I must say, he has done a fantastic job. At this stage it is a concept, but it is going into production and will be officially launched at Salone del Mobile in Milan this year.
