The Desktop Tornado Maker is billed as an educational device, which it most certainly is; but it should get a double billing because it makes the perfect procrastination device. The control will allow you to create anything from a wimpy F1 to an uberdestructive F5 from the comfort and the safety of your own desk. I can’t think of a better way to kill five minutes.
Allegedly this is for youngsters aged 6 and up, but I am guessing that plenty of adults can dig the sensation of having a tornado at their disposal. It sort of makes you a god in your own tiny world. Anyway, it comes with an educational book, in case you have kids and want to teach them something.
