Bottle Top Ashtray Prevents Ash Swigging Hilarity

I am sure that less people smoke than they used to, which is a good thing, so the drunk friend accidentally taking a gulp from an ash bottle is a less common occurrence. Seriously, it was a weekly thing when I was growing up; and while they coughed and spluttered to hysterical laughter, the guy who owned the ash bottle would invariably look a little guilty. The ashtray bottle top can prevent things like that from occurring, but I have to say that it kinda defeats the purpose of the ash bottle in the first place. The ash bottle is created to cater for the lack of ashtrays that is invariably brought about by all of the social smokers that do it to look cool or to find something to do with the hand that is not holding the bottle.

This is an interesting idea, but not necessarily a good one. A good idea would be a portable bottle top spittoon, to save people from an infinitely more disgusting mistake. I suppose this could serve that function as well.
