First, I apologize for the incredibly cheesy title, more so because the flavor of this Star Wars inspired delight is chocolate-espresso. Not only does this Darth Vader cookie look unbelievably cool, it looks incredibly delicious; so delicious in fact that I just want to eat it off the screen. Zoe Lukas, who also created a Yoda cookie, made a delectable Vader by hand. They were used in the promotion of the Franklin Institute’s Star Wars exhibit. Zoe Lukas these look delightful, if you are ever at a loose end, you can always Fedex a batch over to me here in Japan and make me feel a little less homesick.
