The laser jammer you have pictured is an LED based laser diffuser. It's an older generation unit that will allow the police officers to get jam codes on the gun. The newest generation of laser guns are not even marketed as "laser jammers." The new devices are working parking sensors that just so happen to jam police officers too. Lets say you accidentally leave your jammer on and get pulled over. "Officer, my parking sensor jammed you?"

I test laser jammers as a hobby. You can check out the "parking sensor" at www.laserjammertests.com
