And considering "for those who have the cash..." from the blog. I have the cash and a few months from now would hardly notice that $7,000 was gone. I'm not going to .... how do I say this without making a crude comment... let's just say I think they are waaaayyyyy out of line.

Thanks David, but not at that price... that price is insulting, gross, and absurd. (no criticism intended of this tv's picture quality, you, or your comments)

Yes, They are $7,000 for the 65" screens. The 73" is still to be seen. I believe the laservue is the wave of the future for the hdtv industry. Laser tv is going to prove to be very economic, only useing 135 watts, of power, and very enjoyable to the viewer, putting out 200% more color! I am giving out more in depth info for you to be able to make your decision.
You can go check it out here:

hope you find what you are looking for.
Peace,
David

BAD REPORTING?

Prices for the DLP sets will range from $1799 to $4699.

The original article is unclear on if they mean the LaserVue. Other sources say $7,000 for the 65"

Umm lots of fault info in this article firstly and most importantly price for the Laservue line has not been announced... secondly that price was for a new line of DLP's coming out (Just to clarify these DLP's DO NOT HAVE LASER tech in them) only up to 55". Laservue will most certainly be more expensive. Secondly to Michelle laser tv's will be available in sizes up to 73" (the biggest consumers can get) as long as you can mortage your home and sell your children to child labor factories to finance your laser viewing experience.
