When it comes to wannabe criminals, they don’t come much dumber than Andrew Kellet. The 23-year-old has been served an anti-social behavior order (ASBO) by the Leeds Magistrates’ Court.

The reason, local authorities came across his catalog of 80 videos on YouTube; which contained videos of him committing various misdemeanors. He is officially banned from posting any more videos while the Court decides what to do with him.

The crimes in Kellet’s collection include: high-speed driving, drug use, theft, trespassing and more. If you want to check out the douche-bag in action, before the collection is taken down, just search for mrchim2007.

Leeds City councilor Les Carter remarked:

Kellet must be in the running to be Leeds’s dumbest criminal. He has handed us the evidence against him on a plate.

Kellet’s hearing will take place on July 15 and until then the ASBO should keep him in check. If he breaches any terms of the Order, which include “taking part in dangerous driving, failing to observe traffic regulations, or act in a manner which causes alarm, harassment or distress to any person in England and Wales,” he can be jailed.
