		<description>This happens to mine, and it actually does a full restart after the black screen and alot of time.  It&#039;s part of PerfectDisk 8.0 doing a boot-time defrag.  Perhaps you have a program doing the same thing?  Once I turned off my boot defrag (just for testing), it booted in like 30seconds to the user select screen.</description>
