I own a USB hub, it has four ports and it is plugged in at the back of my computer to act as a bridge between my Razer headphones and the mobo USB port that puts out too much noise. The fact is, in the WiFi age, the humble USB port is becoming decreasingly useful, or put differently, increasingly useless. Brando, it seems, would disagree with me and have released a sixteen hub USB port to prove all of us sensible naysayers wrong.
Price of this travesty after the jump.
By the time you have plugged in your keyboard and mouse (if you use the wired variety) you have used two, possibly three ports. Add a printer to the mix and you have used four. By most counts you would still have enough for a thumb drive and to power a set of speakers and perhaps a USB HDD if you are so inclined. Why do you need sixteen ports and why would you want to pay north of $100 for one?
