The Cosmovoïde Bed is the bed to end all beds, but it is expensive, really expensive. For as much money as you would spend on a luxury car, you get some pretty cool features. It is suspended on individual springs, similarly to a hammock and it packs in some serious technology (which you can see after the jump).
The goodies that come with the bed include:
- 2 electric relaxation bed frames
- 7 LED lamps in the colors of the rainbow
- Integrated TV
- DVD player
- High-definition speakers
- 6 power sockets
- Telephone
There is a lot of cool stuff there, but hardly $60,000 worth of stuff, which is the starting price for these beds. I can understand someone shelling out a fair amount of change on a good bed, but beyond five or six thousand dollars just seems ridiculous. And considering the fact that the Cosmovoïde starts from more than ten times that figure, it seems a frightful waste of money.
Price: The Cosmovoïde Beds, which are handcrafted in France start from $61,415 for the base model. [Cosmovoide via Born Rich]
