Remember all those times people said that its lucky that Nintendo is not litigious? Well it turns out that they are, as it seems that the brass at Nintendo were not too impressed at the thought of Japanese companies selling imported equipment that allows pirated games to be played on the Nintendo DS. There are five companies included in Nintendo’s lawsuit.
