If you have given up on Vista, the jury is still out with me, but if you absolutely can’t handle anymore, there is a way to make the jump to Mac without investing in a whole new computing system. All it takes is an EFix dongle, which is plugged into one of the ports on your motherboard (I am assuming no hubs) and you can install OSX without jumping through any hoops; no hacks and no patches, straight from disc.

What’s the catch? Read on to find out.
There are a few limitations to the EFix and one of them is substantial. At this stage, it only works with Gigabyte motherboards; if you own Asus you are out of luck. Also, as one would naturally assume, it is Intel only; sorry AMD owners. The last catch is that there is a very limited number of EFix dongles on the market (200 at time of writing) as each one is handmade (though they do plan to mass-produce).
