		<description>I don&#039;t think the title of your article has anything to do with the law cited.  It only pertains to forensic computer recovery or data collection if you read it.  It mentions nothing about personal computer technicians.  Here is the only line mentioning the word computer &quot;obtaining or furnishing information includes information obtained or furnished through the review and analysis of, and the investigation into the content of, computer-based data not available to the public.&quot;  The only repair mentioned is regarding security devices, mechanical or electrical.  Maybe your title should read, Please just waste your time reading my bogus article.</description>
