Intel SSDs Hit the Market

Intel’s SATA solid state drive (SSD) looks set to hit the market, which is reasonably exciting news when you consider the fact that another big player in the market is likely to drive prices the way that we want them. The Intel SSDs will come in both 1.8-inch and 2.5-inch flavors. Sizes that have been mentioned are 80GB and 128GB, but higher capacity offerings can be expected in the upcoming months.
